A young man working on a car engine.
The ad opens with a young man working on a car engine as an older man waves. The older man approaches and they talk, then shake hands. The older man is then shown scratching a lottery ticket. The scene shifts to a quaint house with a garden. Then, a close-up of a 'WA Grant' certificate with 'FREE TUITION AT STATE COLLEGES' visible. The young man is shown looking surprised and happy while reading a document. He is then seen taking an auto repair certification test in a classroom. Finally, he is shown hanging his 'AUTO REPAIR CERTIFICATE' on a wall, then smiling as he stands outside his own auto repair shop, 'DANIEL'S AUTO REPAIR', shaking hands with a customer. The ad ends with the young man scratching another lottery ticket, looking up at the sky, and then showing the 'WA Grant' logo and Washington's Lottery logo.
