A young woman smiling in a library.

The video opens with a young woman smiling in a library, holding books and wearing a backpack. It then transitions to a group of people in high-visibility vests and hard hats in what appears to be a warehouse or factory setting, listening to a man holding a tablet. Text appears on screen stating that Washington employers need more skilled workers. The video then shows a group of students in scrubs in a study room, followed by an electrician working on a panel. Finally, it shows two workers in safety gear looking at a control panel, and then the WA Grant logo with the website address.
