A young boy looking up with a caption "In dem Alter" (At that age).

The video shows children in a swimming pool, learning to swim. It starts with a close-up of a young boy in a green shirt, then shows a child's feet on the pool edge, a man speaking, a child in a pink cap in the water, a child on a diving board, and then several children swimming and having fun. The editing is dynamic, with quick cuts between different scenes and perspectives, including underwater shots. The overall mood is positive and encouraging.
