A large banner with bold text and a graphic of a swan is unfurled on a sports field.

The video is a montage of women athletes in various sports, including Australian Rules Football and soccer. It opens with a large banner being held up by a team, followed by shots of players in action, training sessions, and medical assessments. The editing is fast-paced, interspersing close-ups of athletes with wider shots of sporting events and facilities. The color palette is vibrant, with a strong emphasis on red in the framing.
