A student pouring a drink into a glass, with the NTNU logo prominently displayed.

The video follows a student's day at NTNU. It starts with her preparing a drink, getting dressed, and heading out. She then goes to campus, studies on her laptop and tablet, attends a meeting with student ambassadors, and receives new merchandise. The day continues with a lab experiment, followed by a handball practice and game. The video ends with her at home, preparing dinner and watching a handball match on TV, before getting ready for bed.
