The ad opens with a woman stretching outdoors, silhouetted against the sun and palm trees. It then transitions to close-ups of protein powder in a container and in scoops. The video shows people working out in various settings: running outdoors, doing push-ups, lifting weights in a gym, and cycling. The pacing is dynamic, interspersing product shots with active lifestyle imagery. The ad concludes with shots of the product packaging and people consuming the protein shake.
