A man on a boat at sunrise stating that fishing is hard work.

The video opens with a man on a boat looking out at the sea during sunrise. He is then shown speaking directly to the camera, followed by a close-up of a frying pan with butter melting. A piece of fish is then placed into the pan and sizzles. The man is then shown eating the fish from a plate on the boat, with fishing nets in the background. The video ends with a wide shot of the fishing boat at sea and an end card.
