A shirtless, muscular man with long blonde hair performing an unusual exercise on a massage table.

The ad opens with a shirtless, muscular man with long blonde hair performing an exercise on a massage table, legs in the air. It then cuts to two men in a supplement store, one gesturing emphatically. The blonde man is shown again, lifting weights with resistance bands attached. He then takes a large bite out of a raw steak, followed by a shot of him roaring. The ad concludes with the two men in the store, one holding a tub of protein powder, and a final shot of the product with text overlay.
