A muscular man holding stone tablets with 'COMMANDMENTS' inscribed on them.

The ad opens with a muscular, long-haired man holding two stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them. He then transitions to a scene in a supplement store, where another man is being spoken to by a third man who holds up a tub of protein powder. The muscular man is then shown lifting weights with resistance bands attached. The ad concludes with a product shot of the protein powder and a call to action.
