A woman in athletic wear holds a jar of 'Secret Greens' and talks to the camera. She then makes a disgusted face and gestures wildly. The scene shifts to a man in a denim shirt in a lab setting, holding a different greens product and looking confused. He then holds up a jar of 'TL Greens' and speaks to a woman in a lab coat. The video shows a close-up of the 'TL Greens' jar and its ingredients. The woman in the lab coat explains the benefits. The first woman is shown drinking the greens and making a surprised, then horrified, face. The ad ends with a shot of a welcome kit box and a call to action.
