The initial close-up of a woman's body and the provocative text about weakness.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman's legs, then transitions to her midsection as she prepares for exercise. It then shows her performing a dynamic jump in a gym setting, followed by a product shot of Tena Discreet Ultra Mini pads. The final scene is a blue abstract background with the Tena logo.
