The man's close-up smile and the comment "WOW THAT IS CREAMY".

The video opens with a close-up of a man smiling and looking at the camera, with a comment bubble overlay. The man then holds up a jar of shaving cream and explains that he will answer questions about it. He demonstrates how to scoop the cream out with his finger and then lather it with a shaving brush, first on his hand and then on his face.
