The video opens with a sweeping drone shot of a group of hikers on a mountain trail, with the text "SunGod." overlaid. It then transitions to quick cuts of individuals preparing for and engaging in various athletic activities: a woman tying her running shoes, someone putting on sunglasses, a close-up of a cyclist's face, a woman running with a determined expression, a cyclist on a road, a man running on a track, another runner on a coastal path, a cyclist in motion, and a runner on a track from an aerial view.
