The close-up shot of hands folding a bright pink menstrual cup.

The video shows a person demonstrating how to fold a pink menstrual cup using the C-fold method. The cup is held between two fingers and folded in half, creating a smaller shape for insertion. A clear anatomical model of the female reproductive system is used to illustrate the insertion process. The video ends with a shot of the cup inside the model and a website address.
