A hand holding a small blue box of Ricola.

The ad opens with a close-up of a hand holding a small blue box of Ricola. The scene transitions to a man in a yellow shirt standing in a field of green plants, holding the box. He looks up at the sky and then is shown from above, seemingly falling or flying through the plants. The ad then shows a product shot of the Ricola box with a mountain landscape and lake in the background. The final shot is a close-up of the Ricola logo with the tagline.
