A hand holding a Ricola box against a vibrant green background.

The ad opens with a close-up of a hand holding a Ricola Fresh Mint box, set against a blurred green background. It transitions to a man in a yellow shirt looking up in surprise, holding the same box. He then runs through a field of lush green plants, leaping and looking exhilarated. The scene shifts to a serene mountain lake with snow-capped peaks in the background. Finally, the Ricola box is shown prominently in the foreground, with the lake and mountains behind it, followed by the Ricola logo and tagline.
