A romantic moment between a couple is interrupted by sudden pain.

The video opens with a couple, a woman with red curly hair and a man with graying hair, sitting at a table. The man whispers in the woman's ear, then kisses her cheek. They laugh together. The scene transitions to them walking hand-in-hand down a charming, flower-lined street. Suddenly, the man clutches his back in pain, his expression contorted. He sits on a bench in a hallway, clearly distressed, as the woman walks away. The scene shifts to the man holding two capsules and a glass of water. He takes the capsules, which are revealed to be Resilia Oil of Oregano. The packaging is shown with capsules floating around it. The man is then shown in a bathroom, looking at his reflection in the mirror, and gives a thumbs up, implying he feels better.
