Close-up of sparkling crystal teddy bears in a heart-shaped box.

The video opens with a close-up of two crystal teddy bears sitting in a red velvet heart-shaped jewelry box. The bears have red hearts on their chests, one labeled 'Mom' and the other 'Olive'. The box is open, revealing the inscription 'Mom I love you forever' inside the lid. The scene then transitions to a mother and daughter sleeping peacefully in bed, with the jewelry box placed on a nightstand.
