Man gasps as he submerges himself in a very cold plunge tub.

A bald man with tattoos is shown in an outdoor setting, sitting in a white plunge tub filled with water. He is shown entering the tub, submerged in the cold water, and then sitting and talking to the camera. The tub is on a concrete patio with a wooden fence and some greenery in the background. The logo for 'Plunge' is visible on the side of the tub.
