The PetSmart logo appears on a festive red background.
The ad opens with the PetSmart logo on a red background. It transitions to a cozy living room decorated for Christmas, with a tree, presents, and a dog. A woman in a red sweater is decorating the tree. A glowing portal appears, and a PetSmart employee steps through. The scene shifts to a PetSmart store, also decorated for the holidays, with festive displays and products. The woman and the employee walk through the store with the dog, who is excited. The employee waves at the camera near a 'Holiday Shop' sign. Close-ups show holiday-themed pet toys. A man with a cat is shown interacting with the employee, who hands him a red shopping bag. The ad concludes with the woman and dog back in the living room, both in matching plaid pajamas, enjoying the holiday spirit. The final screen shows the PetSmart logo and tagline.
