The text "We surprised Alyssa with a real grooming review" appears on screen.

The ad opens with a woman, Alyssa, sitting next to a large, fluffy dog. A microphone is visible overhead. Text appears on screen. The dog is then shown in a close-up, looking up. Alyssa is shown again, holding a phone and speaking. She then pets the dog. The ad transitions to a circular inset of Alyssa's face, smiling. Finally, an end card displays the PetSmart Grooming logo and a tagline.
