The text "We surprised Yvonne with a real grooming review" appears on screen with a woman and a dog.

A woman, Yvonne, a PetSmart groomer, sits with a fluffy dog on a bench. She holds a phone and speaks to the camera. The dog is groomed and looks happy. The scene transitions to a close-up of the dog's face, then back to Yvonne and the dog. The final shot is an end card with the PetSmart Grooming logo and a tagline.
