A woman with a confident expression begins speaking about being a world-class rugby superstar.

The video opens with a close-up of a woman speaking directly to the camera, wearing a cream cardigan. The scene then cuts to two Perfect Bars in their packaging, followed by a close-up of hands breaking off a piece of a chocolate chip cookie dough bar. The woman then takes a bite and chews, with the Perfect Bar logo and tagline appearing on screen.
