The initial shot of a silhouetted woman on a platform with the brand name 'ONER' is visually striking.

The ad opens with a silhouetted woman standing on a circular platform, with the word 'ONER' superimposed. The scene transitions to close-ups of women performing various strength training exercises: lifting dumbbells, deadlifts with a barbell, and lunges. The pacing is dynamic, with quick cuts between different women and exercises. The lighting is dramatic, often using shadows and spotlights to highlight the athletes' physiques and movements. The ad concludes with a group shot of five women posing in athletic wear.
