A child's hands writing a Christmas letter with a red pencil.

The video opens with a close-up of a child's hands writing 'PER BABBO NATALE' on an envelope with a red pencil. It then transitions to a child holding a glass of milk and a plate of cookies by a window with Christmas lights in the background. Two girls are shown smiling, one with her arm around the other, in a festive living room with a Christmas tree. The younger girl looks thoughtful, then pouts. The scene shifts to the girls preparing cookies, spreading Nutella on them. They are later seen in pajamas, excited, and then singing. The ad concludes with a shot of Nutella cookies, a jar of Nutella, and a festive message, followed by a family enjoying breakfast together.
