The initial scene of a bank-like setting with the Neutrogena logo and two people presenting products.

The ad opens with two people, a woman and a man in a lab coat, sitting behind a desk in what appears to be a bank lobby. The woman is holding a Neutrogena product. The scene then zooms in on the woman, who is speaking directly to the camera. The man is also visible, holding a similar product. The final shot shows a close-up of the Neutrogena product with text overlays.
