The ad opens with a close-up of hands playing a piano, then transitions to a family scene. An elderly man and a young boy are sitting at a piano, with other family members in the background. A Milka chocolate bar is placed on the table in front of them. The man and boy interact, sharing a laugh. The scene then shifts to a close-up of Milka chocolate squares, followed by hands unwrapping a Milka bar. The ad concludes with a shot of the Milka bar on a table with sheet music, and the family is seen from behind, with the man and boy still at the piano.
