A woman dancing energetically in a kitchen while preparing food.

The video opens in a bright, modern kitchen where a woman in a yellow shirt and jeans is dancing and preparing food. A man is in the background, also cooking. The scene then shifts to close-ups of McCormick spice jars, specifically paprika and garlic powder. A hand opens a paprika jar, and the spice is shown being sprinkled onto a dish of macaroni and cheese. The final scenes show the woman dancing again, a dog looking at the camera, and then a final shot of the two spice jars with text overlay.
