A cyclist riding on a foggy road next to a moving train.

The video opens with a cyclist riding on a foggy road next to a train. It then transitions to close-ups of a cyclist, Ansel Smolund, wearing a helmet and sunglasses, with text overlays identifying him. The footage shows him and other cyclists riding together, with shots of the bike and water bottle. There are also clips of a man speaking directly to the camera, and the cyclist preparing a drink. The ad concludes with cyclists toasting with their water bottles and a final shot of the LMNT logo.
