A woman walking down a hallway, picking up chocolates and reading a heartfelt note.

The ad opens with a woman walking down a hallway, picking up small red-wrapped chocolates. She reads a note that says "Amo il tuo sorriso imbarazzato che sbagli sempre le parole delle canzoni". She then eats a chocolate. The ad transitions to slow-motion shots of chocolate being poured and a chocolatier working. It ends with a shot of Lindt chocolates and the tagline.
