The initial bold red text "BIEN AVANT LES SHAKES, BARRES ET POUDRES," followed by it being engulfed in flames.

The video opens with bold red text on a black background that reads "BIEN AVANT LES SHAKES, BARRES ET POUDRES,". This text is then engulfed in flames, transitioning to a close-up of a piece of jerky on a red background with the text "IL Y AVAIT LE JERKY.". A bag of Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky appears, and the text "PROTÉINE VINTAGE 30g DE PROTÉINES PAR SACHET" is displayed. The scene shifts to text that reads "AVANT QUE LA PROTÉINE NE DEVIENNE LA PROTÉINE..." followed by "UN CLIN D'ŒIL À UNE COLLATION PLUS SIMPLE". A hand holds up a piece of jerky at the end.
