The title card 'IS IT CAKE?' with dramatic lighting.

The video opens with the title card for 'Is It Cake?' followed by a scene with two women sitting on pedestals, one with a bust of a woman and the other a real person. A host stands behind a podium, and then a man in a suit appears holding a knife. The scene transitions to show bottles of body mist lined up, with the man cutting into one of them.
