A woman hula hooping with a weighted hoop, with text overlay about a 'FUPA gone before Christmas' and a '$20 hack'.

The video starts with a woman hula hooping with a weighted hoop in her living room, while a man watches her. The scene then shifts to the woman speaking directly to the camera, holding a box with the product. She demonstrates the product, showing how it's assembled and used. There are shots of her working out outdoors and then indoors, followed by close-ups of the product and its components. The video ends with the woman in a festive setting, then back to her holding the product and its accessories, with text overlays promoting a sale.
