The video starts with a woman demonstrating a weighted hula hoop that appears to be very loud and difficult to use. She expresses frustration. The video then transitions to another person showing a different, quieter weighted hula hoop, assembling it, and demonstrating its use. The second person is shown exercising with the new hoop and looking happy. The video uses a split-screen effect at times, showing both individuals. The setting appears to be a home gym or garage.
