A pro rugby player speaking directly to the camera about her worries.

The ad opens with a woman, Ilona Maher, a pro rugby player, looking in a mirror and speaking. She then opens a refrigerator and selects two protein bars. The camera focuses on her hands breaking one of the bars in half, revealing chocolate chips. She then holds up a piece of the bar and speaks directly to the camera in a kitchen setting. The ad ends with a graphic overlay.
