Close-up of a clapperboard with the word "ACTION."

The video opens with a close-up of a clapperboard, then transitions to Hugh Jackman speaking directly to the camera. He is shown in various settings, including a kitchen, and is seen drinking from a bottle and preparing a shake. He also performs some light dance moves. The pacing is dynamic, intercutting between close-ups of Jackman and wider shots of him in action. The ad features product shots of AG1 packaging and a shaker bottle.
