The question "How many calories do I burn whilst working?" appears on screen.

A woman is working at a desk with a laptop. She then gets up and walks on an under-desk treadmill while working. The video shows close-ups of the treadmill's LCD screen and a remote control. The woman is seen stretching and then walking on the treadmill. The video ends with a shot of the woman smiling and a black screen with the brand logo and website.
