A man sliding down a red surface.

The ad opens with a man sliding down a red surface, followed by a woman smiling. The scene shifts to the woman walking through a city, then receiving a Hello Fresh box at her doorstep. She enters her home, and a child excitedly greets her. The ad then shows close-ups of food preparation: peeling carrots, sauce being poured over cooked chicken, and chicken being stirred in a pan. A hand squeezes a lime, and a finished dish is shown, garnished with sesame seeds. The woman and a child are seen laughing at a dinner table, with the food served. The ad ends with a green screen displaying the Hello Fresh logo and app store links.
