A man is struggling to lift weights, with an older man spotting him.

The ad opens in a boxing gym with a young man training with a punching bag, coached by an older man. The scene transitions to a weightlifting bench press, where the same young man is lifting weights with the older man spotting him. The camera then focuses on a bottle of Head & Shoulders shampoo in a gym bag. The scene shifts to a shower, showing the shampoo being used. Finally, the ad returns to the gym setting with the young man looking confident, and then shows the product bottle with promotional text.
