A child in a hockey helmet sitting at a dinner table.

The ad opens with a child wearing a hockey helmet and jersey, holding a fork and knife at a table. The scene transitions to a woman in a kitchen, then back to the child. It then shows a plate of pasta carbonara, followed by a shot of a "Godt Levert" meal kit box and fresh ingredients. The pacing is quick, intercutting between the people and the food.
