The ad opens with a logo for 'Godt Levert'. It then shows a young boy in a hockey helmet and jersey sitting at a table, looking serious. A woman is in the background. The boy lifts his helmet. A plate of carbonara pasta with salad is shown, and a hand places it on a table. Text appears over the food. The boy eats the pasta. The family is shown eating together at the table. The ad ends with a shot of the 'Godt Levert' box surrounded by fresh ingredients.
