The video features three women in athletic wear performing various exercises. The first woman is on a yoga mat, doing what appears to be a modified push-up or plank. The second woman is in a similar pose, then transitions to a standing position. The third woman is shown doing wall push-ups, then a squat, and finally a lunge. The video cuts between these women and shows them in different settings, including indoors and outdoors. The pacing is quick, with text overlays appearing throughout.
