The text overlay "I just have a lot on my plate right now" combined with the image of pancakes creates a relatable and slightly humorous hook.

The video opens with a close-up shot of a plate of pancakes with butter and syrup, and a box of Eggo Protein Pancakes in Vanilla flavor. The camera is held by someone, and the background shows a living room area with a couch and a lamp. The text overlay suggests a busy situation. The camera moves slightly, showing more of the box and the pancakes.
