The incoming video call screen with the name 'Skatty Boo Boo' and the subsequent quick cuts between the two men.

The ad opens with a man in a kitchen, holding a mug and a phone. The phone screen shows an incoming video call from 'Skatty Boo Boo'. The man answers, and the call connects. He then appears to be applying a face mask. The scene shifts to another man lounging by a pool, wearing a robe and applying a face mask with cucumber slices on his eyes. He is also on his phone. The first man is then shown in a chair, wearing headphones and looking at his phone. The Crocs Mellow 2 logo appears on screen. The second man is shown again, looking surprised and possibly spitting water. The pacing is quick and cuts between the two men.
