The initial blurry, fast-moving text and the bright blue background.

The ad opens with a blurry, fast-moving text overlay on a blue background, followed by a shot of a bottle of Coccolino Wonder Wash washing gel next to a teddy bear. The ad then transitions to a close-up view through a washing machine drum, showing a man smelling a piece of laundry. This is followed by a close-up of the washing gel bottle's label, and finally, a shot of three bottles of Coccolino Wonder Wash in different colors, with text overlay.
