A woman drinking from a Celsius can.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman drinking from a Celsius can. It then transitions to a gym scene with two women working out: one on a treadmill and the other doing sit-ups. The next scene shows a woman talking on her phone under an umbrella. The final scenes feature a woman in a sparkly dress and a close-up of a Celsius can with water droplets. The editing is fast-paced, intercutting between different activities and individuals.
