A cute dog named Milo is shown making a mess on the carpet.

The ad opens with a close-up of a dog, Milo, sniffing a stain on the carpet near a child's feet. The scene transitions to a man at a chocolate fountain, then to a child licking a lollipop, and back to the dog. The BISSELL SpotClean HydroSteam cleaner is then shown, followed by a demonstration of the cleaner being used on the carpet stain. The ad concludes with a family on a couch, with the dog jumping up, and then an end card with a heart logo and text about pet adoption.
