A woman speaking directly to the camera with a serious expression.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman speaking, then cuts to a formal portrait of an older man. It then shows a hand sealing a blue envelope with wax. The scene shifts to a room with a fireplace, where a woman and a man are seated, and another man is reading a document. The camera focuses on the man reading, then back to the room with the fireplace. A woman's face is shown in a dramatic close-up, followed by a shot of a broken teacup on the floor. The older woman from the previous scene is shown again, looking thoughtful. The ad then transitions to a shot of a large, modern refrigerator, followed by a wider shot of the same refrigerator in a room. Finally, the older woman is shown smiling.
