The initial shot of the Aveeno ointment on a hockey jersey is visually striking and unexpected.

The ad opens with a close-up of an Aveeno Healing Ointment tube lying on a hockey jersey. The scene then shifts to a woman applying the ointment to her elbow, followed by a split screen showing her applying it to her hands and then her foot. The final shot is of a hockey goalie in full gear, with the Aveeno logo visible on their jersey. The pacing is quick, intercutting between product shots and application scenes.
