An animated, anthropomorphic laundry basket appears next to a woman in bed.

The ad opens with a bright, abstract blue light effect, then transitions to a woman waking up in bed next to a cheerful, animated laundry basket filled with clothes. The basket follows her as she goes for a run outdoors, and then appears in an office setting. Later, the woman is having dinner with her family, and the child is messy. The animated laundry basket reappears, looking tired. The woman then takes a bottle of Ariel detergent and pours it into a cap. A dramatization shows the detergent breaking down dirt particles on fabric. A split screen shows a stained shirt before and after washing. The woman is then shown smiling, holding a stack of clean, folded laundry, with flower petals falling around her. The ad ends with a display of Ariel products and a stack of folded clothes.
